By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. 4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY PURCHASING A LICENSE, DOWNLOADING, AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE NOT PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SOFTWARE BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
